At Leoa's Reborn Creations, every item is carefully handcrafted or individually selected with great attention to detail. Please read the following policy before making your purchase.
Reborn Babies
Each reborn baby is a unique, handcrafted work of art. Due to the handmade nature of these creations, all sales are final.
Please read each product description carefully and review all photographs before purchasing, as they form part of the item description. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference or lack of bonding
Minor handmade variations that are part of the artistic process Damage caused after the baby has been delivered
Every reborn baby is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
Magnetic Dummies & DIY Magnetic Dummies
I take great care to ensure every magnetic dummy and DIY dummy kit is thoroughly inspected before it leaves my studio.
If you receive a faulty item or the incorrect product, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Where appropriate, I will gladly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
If a return is required, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the incorrect item was supplied due to an error on my part.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging before a refund or exchange can be processed.

Safety Notice: Magnetic dummies sold by Leoa's Reborn Creations are intended for reborn dolls only. They are not toys and are not suitable for use by real babies or young children.
Blank Reborn Kits
Blank reborn kits are supplied as received from the manufacturer.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind once your order has been dispatched.
If your kit arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom reborn orders cannot be cancelled once deposit has been made or work has commenced.
