Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Leoa's Reborn Creations.

Every order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand from my home studio in Perth, Western Australia. I take great care to ensure your purchase arrives safely and in beautiful condition.

Processing Times

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note that custom reborn babies or made-to-order items may require additional creation time. Estimated completion times will always be discussed before purchase.

Postage

Postage is charged by the weight of your parcel and where it is going, using Australia Post's published rates. Everything in one order posts together as a single parcel, so dummies, kits and a baby bought together are charged once, not per item. You will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Australia

Parcels are sent by Australia Post Parcel Post with tracking. Reborn babies are sent with signature on delivery.

International

I post to every country Australia Post delivers to, using International Standard with tracking. The postage for your country is calculated at checkout — simply enter your address. Reborn babies are sent with signature on delivery.

Insurance

Every parcel is covered by Australia Post for the first $100 at no charge. Orders over AUD $300 are insured for their full value: the cover appears as a separate "Shipping Insurance" line in your cart, charged at Australia Post's rate of $2.50 for each $100 of value after the first. It is added automatically and cannot be removed, so every parcel travels fully insured.

Local pickup in Perth

If your address is in Western Australia you can choose free local pickup at checkout. Pickup is by appointment in Pearsall — I will message you to arrange a day and time. Any shipping insurance charged on a pickup order is refunded in full once you have collected it.

Tracking

All parcels are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details by email.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and postal service.

While I always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, I cannot guarantee delivery dates once a parcel has been handed to the postal carrier.
